Employment - UNCPRD needs to be modified - Guaranteed Employment and Living Wage are required

In the light of the "dismissal" of an appeal against a finding in favour of an employer, stating, thus, that the Employment law provisions by the United Kingdom met the standards required by the Convention, at least in this instance, it becomes obvious that the Convention must become explicitly strengthened, citing both progressive interpretation and other instruments (such as the Economic and Social Convention).Guaranteed Employment and Living Wage are required.

  1. I have set up a new facebook group for infant traumatic brain injury survivors

    Details below. Spread the word!

This is by and for people who had a traumatic brain injury (tbi) in infancy (after birth, up to 3 months old (i.e. when they still couldn't move for themselves). I.e. Someone or something else was definitely 100% responsible for that injury. Skull fractures are automatically classified as tbis. The aim is to campaign for full support and compensation, especially for those who were not informed of their tbi until well into adulthood and are further insulted by being currently denied compensation.
